Product License:
The WordPress plugins developed by WPSMS PRO (“WPSMS PRO”) are licensed under the GNU General Public License. Please note that our products are not free and must be purchased before use. Once purchased, you are allowed to use the plugins on multiple websites. Support and customer accounts are available exclusively to customers who have purchased our products.
Product Compatibility:
WPSMS PRO is committed to keeping all plugins up-to-date and compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Our plugins are designed for WordPress 4.5 or higher, and we cannot guarantee their compatibility with earlier versions or with other third-party plugins or custom developments.
Refund Policy:
We take pride in the quality of our plugins and prioritize your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with our plugins within 14 days of the original upgrade date, we offer a full refund without any questions asked. However, we appreciate your feedback on our plugins. [Read details here]
Product Support:
WPSMS PRO products and designs are provided on an “as is” basis, with no implied warranty that they will meet your exact requirements or function flawlessly with all third-party components and plugins. We offer support via email, moderated by our support representatives. Please note that our support does not cover WordPress installation, customization, or administration.
Product Updates:
Each product purchased from WPSMS PRO includes free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. Customers who continue their annual subscription beyond the initial 12 months will receive updates until the subscription expires. While we strive to improve our products and ensure compatibility with the latest WordPress version, we cannot guarantee ongoing updates for older WordPress versions (3.2 or earlier).
Software Modifications:
Customers are welcome to make changes and modifications to our products to suit their needs, including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS files. However, please note that once modifications are made, we cannot provide product support for troubleshooting or debugging custom changes. Customers may still seek assistance from other customers in our support community.
Customer Accounts:
Customers are required to create an account on WPSMS PRO when purchasing our products or services. It is their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account login details and not share them with others. Customers are fully responsible for all activities conducted under their account and must immediately notify WPSMS PRO of any unauthorized use or security breaches. WPSMS PRO will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with these terms. Please note that customers must be over the age of 13 to have a customer account.
Account Termination and Suspension:
WPSMS PRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion and without notice. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts. Account termination may occur due to reasons such as abusive behavior or excessive negativity towards WPSMS PRO staff or other customers, repeated defamation or false statements against WPSMS PRO, promotion of competitor products, software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal activities. Account termination may also be initiated if WPSMS PRO reasonably believes the account has been compromised or shared with others for security reasons.
Software Ownership:
Customers may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any WPSMS PRO products, modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of WPSMS PRO.
